In order to clear the structural behavior law of long-span multi-pylon extradosed cable-stayed bridge with corrugated steel webs and study on the mechanical properties of composite box girder with single box and multi-cell with partial corrugated steel web.By taking a three tower extradosed cable-stayed bridge with single-box five-cell and partial corrugated steel web,a Yellow River bridge with spans of(110+2×200+110)m of Yuncheng to Henan Lingbao expressway in Shanxi,as the engineering background.Using finite element numerical simulation method,the static and dynamic characteristics of bridge structures were studied and the structural behavior law and mechanical properties of structures were analysed.The main works involved in this research are as follows.First of all,the development of extradosed cable-stayed bridge with corrugated steel webs at home and abroad was understood and the characteristics and advantages of the cable-stayed bridge with corrugated steel webs were discussed.Secondly,based on the background of the YunbaoYellow River bridge project,finite element software Midas Civil was used to establish the finite element model of the whole bridge space beam element,a series of static responses of the main bridge construction stage and operation stage were analysed.On this basis,the finite element model of the whole bridge dynamic analysis was established.Calculation of natural vibration characteristics of bridge structures was completed.The seismic response analysis of the bridge is carried out by using the methods of seismic response spectrum analysis and time history analysis.Finally,finite element software Midas FEA is used to establish the finite element simulation model of the bridge structure based on solid element and shell element.The detailed local stress analysis was carried out which included stress and shear buckling analysis of corrugated steel webs,research of shear distribution of section,shear lag effect analysis,effect of shear stress and prestress efficiency analysis of concrete lining of composite box girder with single-box five-cell and partial corrugated steel web.
