The thickness of thick plate is generally not determined by the bending bearing capacity,but by its punching shear strength.Take effective measures to improve the punching shear strength of the thick plate,reducing it,s the thickness(quality),in order to improve the seismic performance of thick plate.In this paper,the mechanical properties of thin plates and thick plates are analyzed by comparing the displacement and stress for different thickness-to-span ratio.The displacement and stresses were obtained using the Ressiner's moderately thick plates,and thin plate theory,and ABAQUS finite element analysis.In order to improve the punching shear strength of thick plates,a new type of reinforcement —spatial steel frame is proposed in this paper.In order to study the punching shear behavior of simply supported reinforced concrete thick plate with different types of reinforcement,the nonlinear finite element models of reinforced concrete simple-supported thick plates were established by using ABAQUS finite element software.On the basis of the finite nonlinear model validation,the punching shear behavior of simply supported thick plate with different types of reinforcement,including stirrup,spatial steel frame,shear-resistant anchor and shear heads and so on,were simulated by nonlinear finite element model,the influence of the cross area and its spacing of lacing bar,oblique lacing bar on the punching shear behavior of simply supported reinforced concrete thick plate was analyzed.The results of analysis show that the punching shear capacity of reinforced concrete thick plate can be improved by respectively joining the stirrups,spatial steel frame,the punching shear anchor and the shear heads,the punching shear capacity can be significantly improved by setting spatial steel frame in reinforced concrete thick plate.The influence factors to the punching shear behavior of reinforced concrete thick plate can be synthetically presented by using the comprehensive influence coefficient of the concrete of the spatial steel frame,when the increase of the comprehensive influence coefficient of the concrete of the spatial steel frame,the punching shear capacity of thick plate with spatial steel frame approximate linear increase correspondingly.These conclusions can provide technical basis for application of spatial steel frame in reinforced concrete thick plate.
