Research On The Interface Of Perovskite Solar Cells

Abstract/Summary:
The use of organic-inorganic metal halide perovskites solar cell in solar-to-electrical devices have shown uncommonly high performances.The organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites solar cell employing CH3NH3PbI3 as light absorbers have been been a hot topic which drawing significantly broadattentions due to its high carrier mobility,advantages in terms of large absorbtion coefficients,long charge carrier diffusion lengths,solution processibility and low-cost.And it has been a hot topic which is drawing significantly broadattentions recently.Whether the perovskite solar cells can be applied to the actual life,the improvement of the efficiency and sTableility of perovskite solar cells,and the reductionof the cost is the key.In this dissertation,we focused on the improvement of the perovskites solar cell via developing the interface of the perovskite solar cells,and carry out the flowing works:(1)We achieve the gradient I-Br ratio perovskite by utilizing a blended sequential deposition process.We could obtain a phase separation of I-rich region and Br-richregion in the perovskite layer by this facial method,which is different with the traditional methods that can only furnish a fixed I-Br ratio over the entireperovekite layer.Undertaken these methods,Br ionsare effectively incorporated into the pristine perovskite film in a gradational manner enables a spatial substitution of the upperpart of the tri-iodide perovskite layer whithout surface damage.The gradient Br-doped perovskite device exhibited a PCE of 16.03% due to the extreme increase of the Voc from 1.07 to 1.14 V.Furthermore,with the duration of 2 weeks under relativehumidity: 40-90%,the PCE of the gradient Br-doped perovskite device remain 97%,other the CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite device down to 83%.(2)In the perovskite solar cells,we improved the electrode contact,replaced the traditional metal electrode with the laboratory prepared carbon electrode,and fabricated with FTO / TiO2 dense layer / TiO2 mesoporous layer / ZrO2 layer / carbon electrode perovskite solar cells with simple and easy operation,greatly reducing the cost.We carry out the research focused on how to use carbon materials applied in the preparation of perovskite solar cells and optimized the method from the solvent,filling process,carbon electrode material components.
