With the process of urbanization,demand for infrastructure construction is rising now.It has significant meaning to research on active temperature control of mass concrete,especially in mass concrete cracking control and duration during the infrastructure construction.This thesis mainly built a system for active tempreture control of mass concrete which bases on rate of exothermic reaction during concrete hydration and temperature field with water pipe cooling.The main contents consist of the folloeing three parts:The temperature field of mass concrete which based on rate of exothermic reaction is researched.According to directly measurement of rate of hydration,temperature field of mass concrete is simulated with finite element software Abaqus.The temperature field of concrete during water pipe cooling is analysed.The efficiency of water-concrete heat exchange system is discussed.The economical and proper flow of water is suggested.On basic of temperature stress caused by thermal gradient,criterion to active temperature control is given.Propose test system for real-time thermal field of cooling concrete,realizing the real-time acquisition of thermal field data.According the result of finite element software and the data,the plan of water cooling can be made in advance,realizing the real-time control of water cooling.
