Due to the special production process of Centrifugal concrete filled steel tubular pile(referred to TSC pile),both the bearing capacity of concrete and the ability to resist deformation,crack resistance of steel can be fully used.In order to further explore the mechanical performance of Centrifugal concrete filled steel tubular pile and develop derivative products with the existing steel tubular pile production process,test the bending performance of Prestressed centrifugal concrete filled steel tubular pile(referred to PSC pile)which adding prestressed steel bar in Centrifugal concrete filled steel for steam curing.This article has made experiment for two PSC piles,explore the effect of stiffness,strength,ductility and prestressed steel bar on the bending performance.It shows that the bending deformation of PSC pile has obvious elastic-plastic characteristics and good Elastic and plastic deformation ability.Compared with the TSC pile,the ultimate flexural strength of PCS pile have a big increase,which shows the bending capacity of PSC pile is good.Referring to test,apply simulation to PSC pile by finite analysis software ABAQUS.The finite element analysis results and the experimental values coincide well,shows that the model is reliable.Based on reliable finite element model,the effect of steel tube wall thickness and strength,concrete wall thickness and strength,prestressed steel bar reinforcement area on the bending performance of PSC pile is revealed,it shows the steel ratio of ring cross section and pile diameter are the main influencing factors of PSC pile bending performance.Reference the formula of axial compressive strength of PHC pile and TSC pile ultimate flexural strength,deduce ultimate flexural strength formula of PSC pile,the deviation of check calculation is in a reasonable range,so can be used for estimate ultimate flexural strength of PSC pile.Finally,put forward to outlook and Suggestions for further research based on test and finite element analysis.
