Study On Urban Entitative Boundary And Virtual Boundar YBased On Big Data

Urban boundary is a dividing line to distinguish between cities and villages,it is important information to understand and study the development of a city,it is also the basic premise to understand the city structure,divide the layout of urban space,implement the control of boundaries.In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,the continuous flow of rural population into the city,urban space continues to spread,and urban boundary increasingly blurred,the situation that urban development can not consistent with the urban planning pace is also common.With the arrival of the information age,it is not only bring a series of changes to the human production and lifestyle,the scope of human activities is no longer confined to the physical space,and then affect the reconstruction of city entitative space and virtual space.It is particularly important to identify the urban entitative boundaries and urban virtual boundaries,and to find out the interrelationship of them.In this paper,take Dalian as an example,obtain the electronic map points of interest(POI)and micro-blog location sign points data from 2015.1.1 to 2015.12.31 through Baidu electronic map and Sina micro-blog open platform respectively,after processing,operations and analysis,then identify the actual development space and virtual activity space of the city,so that define the urban entitative boundary and urban virtual boundary in Dalian;Next,compare the two boundaries and identify common features and differences,then analyze the main causes of the differences;At last,analyze the forming mechanism of entitative boundaries and virtual boundaries combined with the actual development of Dalian.The following are main results and conclusions through the research above:(1)There exists obvious urban entitative boundary and urban virtual boundary in the four districts of Dalian,and the two boundaries coincide to a large extent,both of them exist within the administrative division,and run through the four main urban areas.The direction of expansion of the two boundaries is consistent with that of the traffic distribution in Dalian.(2)The urban virtual boundary is within the urban entitative boundary,and the urban entitative area is larger than the urban virtual activity space,this phenomenon is mainly caused by the actual construction of the city does not match the network usage,resulting in the differences between the two boundaries in different regions.(3)The urban entitative area delineated by the entitative boundary is smaller than that of the administrative division,and each region has a physical boundary and contains areas where the actual development belongs to rural.The main factors of urban entitative boundary are economic status,living conditions and policy impact.(4)The virtual boundary of the city identified by the micro-blog location sign points exsits within the boundary of the administrative divisions,and the network activity of the four districts in Dalian is in a non-equilibrium situation.The forming mechanism of urban virtual boundary are mainly about social factors,economic status and built environment.(5)In order to narrow the differences between the boundaries,and make a balanced development of urban space in Dalian,need to improve the rationality of urban planning,optimize urban development and construction,improve the quality of human settlements and improve the urban ecological environment.
