Study On Preliminary Design Technology Of Wind Farm

With the over excavation and utilization of fossil fuels,The global environment is being seriously destroyed.The pollution problem is becoming more and more serious.In this background,It is urgent to find a new energy solution.The wind power industry has been raised and developed very quickly as the most advantage in the new energy solutions in recent years.This paper mainly discusses the main economic and technical indexes and the main technical parameters in the preliminary design of the wind farm.At the same time we discus about the wind resource analysis that play an important role in the design and also the design of the foundation that need highly safty requirements.Through the calculation of the three part of the analysis process are described the current mainstream design mode of domestic wind farm and design direction are described by the calculation of the three part of the analysis process below:1.The first step to build a wind farm is the process of wind resource analysis.And it is alos the most important step.We screening and regularity of the total node obtained by the collected wind data in the farm an the farm nearby,and also obtain the wind data collected from the the local meteorological station.And then we can predict the future wind resources in the 20 years accurately.This process was applied to the correlation analysis for data selection and fill up the missing data.It will be the main index of judging whether the whole project has enough economic value and development feasibility.2.The model selection of wind turbines and the results of wind data analysis are closely related.In addition to fan comparison of main technological parameters of the bidding host vendors,it also need to calculate the average wind speed,equivalent utilization hours,the maximum wind speed,the extreme wind speed,wind shear index data and import the wind resource data package.We finally get the power generation and power generation hours of each machine that relatively accurate.is After calculating by the CFD with data about the different place that the wind turbines locates.After the detailed analysis of the performance index set and the adaptability of wind turbines in the extreme environment and the economic analysis of power index,we can determine the appropriate models.3.The foundation design of the wind turbine need the highest load assurance in the whole process of the construction of a wind farm.It has basically realized the standardization after the years of experience in the design and construction.We mainly carries on the design about traditional foundation in this paper.And we change the basic data of the standard foundation and the amount of steel bar after comparing the load of standard foundation with the data provide by the manufacturer.So that the foundation can meet the load that the machine produced under the extreme conditions and guarantee the safty of the wind turbine.
