With the economic development and people's living standards continue to improve,new high-rise residential will continue to emerge,high-rise residential on power supply reliability and the safe use of electricity requirements higher,so in a residential area,the design of the electrical system also put forward higher requirements.This project comes from the actual project,the project for the design of a high-rise residential area in Baoding city.In this paper,the electrical design according to the actual characteristics of the project have been completed,with the feedback area,designed a set of electrical system is reasonable,simple operation,safe,reliable and green environmental protection.This article focuses on the study of Electrical load of residential areas reasonably,which is also graded according to the importance.The residential electricity load is divided into residential part and public part based on the actual condition,and then makes a load calculation for each other.The residential part is calculated by unit index method,and the public part is calculated by require coefficient method that is improved by the author,in order to make the results more reasonable.The power supply is selected according to the load classification of the specifications and requirements,then the power supply and distribution system is designed including several aspects of studies which are power distribution system,low-voltage conductor,low-voltage electrical appliances,low-voltage power distribution system and lighting protection grounding system on the basis of the previous article.The article designs the photovoltaic system for the high-rise residential district from the perspective of promoting green energy base on the local geographical location and the actual situation.In order to facilitate the promotion of electric vehicles,and the people to use electric vehicles,the project set up electric vehicle charging pile system in the underground garage.Finally the paper designed the automatic fire alarm and fire linkage system..According to the characteristics of the high level residential district personnel intensive,smoke exhaust difficulties,fire hazards,a set of alarm and linkage system is designed;when fire occurs,the system can alarm in time,and can automatically open the emergency lighting,remove the non fire fighting load etc.A series of measures to ensure that the risk is reduced to a minimum.
