In China,the proportion of wind power in the power system is gradually increasing.As a kind of clean energy,wind energy has great significance to change the existing energy structure and promote the national economy and social development.Now the wind power production is facing many problems,including various types of wind turbine,wind environment,operation and maintenance personnel technical level is low,the current existing problems of wind power monitoring system of single SCADA function etc..This is an urgent requirement for wind power enterprises towards the inevitable trend of intensive development.At present,wind power monitoring and management platform of modern enterprise production management requirements of fan,boost the different stations can have unified,for the realization of wind field remote centralized monitoring and unattended target requirements;monitoring system also can provide rich kinds of reports,intuitive graphical data analysis,provide data and technical basis for further implementation fan fault early warning system.In order to meet the production demand,promote technological progress and improve the economic benefits of wind farm group and the company management level,this paper proposed the establishment of a unified monitoring center,complete real-time data acquisition and remote centralized control function.First of all,with the wind power remote centralized monitoring system needs analysis as the foundation,proposed to establish a remote centralized monitoring system requirements,design the overall structure of the final choice is better than that of the C/S architecture B/S architecture to Web publishing system;at the same time the use of Silverlight in interactive network application development advantages,combined with the wind power generation system requirements to develop rich applications,improve the user experience;for repeated development,program caused by different wind turbine manufacturers are not compatible and production data distribution,monitor and control system based on the research and development of OPC data access server and Modbus,the cloud platform for large data sets based on control technology to ensure the stable information system efficient and reliable operation.Then,according to the requirements of the system and the key technologies,the overall architecture of the system is designed and the topology of the system is analyzed.The functions of system maintenance and management,data acquisition and processing,remote monitoring and control are completed.Finally,this paper introduces the realization of the function of the remote centralized monitoring system,including the system main interface,system settings options,fan status monitoring,production reports and remote control functions of the specific details.This paper introduces in detail the condition monitoring function of the fan,including the condition monitoring of the single typhoon machine,the realization of the fault alarm function of the fan,and the three-dimensional display and monitoring function of the internal components of the fan.At the end of this paper,we introduce some advanced applications of the system,such as the application of the system in the mobile terminal.
