With the rapid development of power industry,the thermal power unit with high efficiency,high parameter and large capacity has been widely used in large power plant.However,the characteristics of multi variable coupling,strong nonlinearity and uncertainty bring some difficulties to the operation and control of the super critical unit.Therefore,it is very necessary and significant to carry out the research on the control of super critical unit.This paper focuses on the research of the coordinated control system of supercritical units,in-depth investigation and understanding of the coordinated control system of theoretical research and development present situation,to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the unit and its operating characteristics,to satisfy the load instruction from the needs of the grid,restrain all kinds of interference,to ensure the stable operation of the unit of the central task of the two degree of freedom PID controller as the main controller of the boiler and steam turbine,solve the conventional single degree of freedom PID controller can not take into account the target tracking performance and anti-interference performance of the problem,in order to improve the control system dynamic and static control quality and robustness.Aiming at the two degree of freedom control,the control principle and the typical structure are analyzed,and the two degree of freedom differential advance PID controller is designed,which is applied to the coordinated control system.Finally,with the help of "teaching" this group of intelligent optimization algorithms,twelve parameters of the boiler main controller and turbine main controller to optimize the coordinate system.The simulation results show that the two degree of freedom PID controller obtained by the optimization algorithm has better control effect than the conventional method,and the practicability of the designed system is guaranteed.
