China’s fog and haze weather is becoming more and more serious from the beginning of this century,especially in North China region including Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and other regions.Industrial coal is booming and the combustion and emission of ore fuel have become the main pollution source in these areas especially in winter,because the city heating unit is heating and other scattered heating stations also start heating.Coal fired power stations account for the vast majority of coal consumption,so the low pollutant emission of coal-fired power plants has become a trend.Existing coal-fired boilers and gas generating units have implemented the latest national standard(GB13223-2011);that is to say,NO_x emissions must be lower than 50 mg / Nm3,so the denitration transformation of power plants is imperative.But,NO_x emissions of utility boilers are too high and it is difficult to remove NO_x emissions,therefore,the low NO_x burner system must be reformed before the SCR system is reformed.The yuncheng power plant will face many problems,like hige invest of SCR、no enough space for large volume SCR transformation、large ammonia consumption in the later stage and blockage of air preheater caused by excessive ammonia injection.In view of the above reasons,Yuncheng power company need to reduce NO_x emissions to lower than 350 mg/Nm3 through implementing the transformation of low NO_x burners immediately to lay the foundationafter for the transformation of SCR system.This paper mainly studies the low nitrogen combustion of 600 MW boiler in Yuncheng power generation company.This paper firstly describes the development process of low nitrogen combustion technology from current researches at home and abroad and explains the theoretical basis related to the reformation project,such as the NO_x formation mechanism and controlling method,low NO_x combustion technology.By comparing the different types of low NO_x burners,the burner of Yuncheng power plant was reconstructed after operating Haboson combustion system following the cold test and hot test of the burner.The former includes speed measurement of primary air and auxiliary air and over-fire air as well as baffle characteristics test,cold-modeling test,hot-modeling test,NO_x adjustment test under 300 MW,480MW and 600 MW load,the air-resistance test and air leakage test of air preheater,and the heat loss test and boiler efficiency test under different loads.After the actual continuous adjustment,obtaining the detail date,the export of NO_x dropped to 350mg/Nm following fand,which layed a foundation for the safe and economic operation of the out of stock market.At the same time,through the actual operation of the system summary,we obtained more perfect data,which lays a solid foundation for the safety,economic and long cycle operation of the unit。The typical working condition summed up also has guiding function to the operation of the unit。...
