Study On Steam Seal Retrofit Of 200MW Unit Steam Turbine

With the development of social economy,and the growing social consciousness of energy conservation and environmental protection,at present,the state has put ene rgy saving as the focus of building a harmonious society a work,and at the same tim e,the influence of the economy as a whole form(such as coal,electricity,etc.),domesti c power plant to control the cost,reduces the heat loss as the main task,the steam turbi ne steam leakage is the problem of the unit.On the steam turbine,steam turbine unit l eakage is mainly internal leakage and leakage of 2 parts.The unit leakage is more intu itive,easy to solve;steam interstate leakage,reduce the unit efficiency,on the one hand and the turbine itself structure,on the other hand,affected by the seal clearance and se al structure.Therefore,in the power plant unit overhaul process,the most important tas k is to transform the traditional steam seal.According to the development situation of steam seal,steam seal points of the tra ditional steam seal and new type steam seal: traditional steam seal are mainly: labyrint h seal,ferrite steam seal,traditional concession type steam seal,parasol steam seal etc.;new type steam seal are mainly: cellular steam seal,Brandon steam seal,contact steam seal,brush steam seal,side toothed steam seal and a variety of new steam seal combina tion steam closure.It has been used in aircraft engines,industrial gas turbine impeller machinery.For the steam turbine,using this technology to reduce the steam leakage los s better,has an important significance to improve the safe operation of the unit.The author of this paper brushes Hai BoWan Power Plant 200 MW steam turbine seal transformation as the research object,combined with actual operation situation,t hrough the contrast before and after the transformation unit of economic benefit,the k ey of brush type steam seal is used in 300 MW steam turbine steam seal retransformati on.
