With the improvement of people’s cornsumption and the quality of living,refrigerators have been the essential equipment of every family.To compare with the traditional cold refrigerator,the air cooling reftigerator has some advantages,such as automatic defrost,the speed of cooling,food preservation and temperature uniformity and so on.But the noise of air-cooled system is louder than that of traditional cold refrigerator.At present,there are many researcher do the study on the noise reduction of air-cooled refrigerators,but less research on noise reduction of fan of the air-cooled system in the air-cooled refrigerator.To this end,the study mainly for the noise reduction of fan of the air-cooled refrigerator,and the main research content is as follows:1)The modal analysis of the fan and air duct board system,using ANSYS to do the modal analysis of the fan and air duct board.And the modal analys:is results show that the system operating frequency is far away the structural modal frequency,so draw the conclusion that the structural vibration noise of fan is neglible,the mainly noise of fan is aerodynamic noise;2)The simulation and verification of the aerodynamic noise of the fan and air duct board.First,using the software FLUENT to do the aerodynamic simulation for the air and air duct board.Then,taking the experimental results of fan noise to verify the air-cooled system noise simulation analysis;3)The research about the noise reduction structure of the fan.First,selecting the number of fan blades,blade exit angle,and impeller diameter optimization variables to establish the optimization model.With the software OPPTIMUS,we build a work process of the fan optimization.And to verify the effectiveness of the fan structure optimization process,reducing the noise of fan.Through the above research,we can help to optimize the design of air-cooled fan noise reduction structure and reduce fan noise.
