With the rapid development of economy in our country,the foundation industry has also obtained the rapid development of transportation.Vehicle weight measurement has important meaning in transportation,logistics and warehousing management.In the current road transportation,there are a lot of cars overloading transfinite transport phenomena.Overloading transfinite transport vehicles cause the very big damage to the road traffic safety,also caused great economic losses to the country.So the development of advanced vehicle weight detection technology is necessary.Optical fiber as a light wave transmission medium has many advantages,such as low loss in long distance transmission,signal sensor measuring area without power supply,strong electromagnetic interference resistance,high sensitivity,cheap,field layout of the optical fiber transmission and sensing lines are not afraid of lightning and so on.It has obvious advantages compared to the traditional vehicle weight sensing system.This paper mainly revolves around interferometric fiber-optic perimeter sensor system,mainly studied application in vehicle weight detection based on the linear Sagnac interference optical fiber sensor system.In this paper,the main work includes the following aspects:(1)Classification research according to different sensing mechanism of fiber optic sensor.Mainly introduces the different types of interferometric fiber optic sensor and its working principle.Analyzed the current research and application status of optical fiber sensor in the field of vehicle weight detection.(2)Introduced the principle of linear fiber Sagnac sensor system and deduced the vehicle weight detection formula by using linear fiber Sagnac system.Carried on the quantitative simulation analysis and research on the two main factors:speed and vehicle weight,which influent vehicle dynamic weighing results.(3)With the method of innovation laboratory,for the first time using linear Sagnac interferometric fiber optic sensor system for the actual experiment of vehicle weight detection.Experiment a relatively sensitive sensing optical fiber laying method,combined with wireless network camera,and the optical path condition monitoring module and data acquisition part constructed the experiment system,collected experimental data and get the vehicle weight by analyzing experimental data.Proved that the use of linear Sagnac optical fiber interference feasibility of vehicle weight detection system.(4)Experiment the implement multipoint and long-distance vehicle weight detection based on the linear Sagnac interferometric fiber optic sensor system.Using a new multi-point detection technology proposed by our laboratory,reached 48 measuring optical path and gives a detailed analysis on the advantages and experiment.Experiment the performance in the case of system signal transmission distance is greater than 50km and verify the feasibility of new multi-point detection technology.
