With the rapid development of space science and technology,the demand of people for space exploration is increasing.In order to meet the requirements of the international space station for data transmission and management system,the Consultative Committee for Space Data System(CCSDS)proposed the Advanced Orbit System(AOS).At present,a large number of research have shown that the network traffic of AOS has the character of self-similar and in the actual application process,the buffer capacity is always finite.So this thesis studies the AOS frame generation algorithm based on self-similar traffic flow in finite buffer.Firstly,this thesis studies the AOS protocol and self-similar traffic flow,gives a brief overview of the source packet model,analyzes a short-related source packet model and summarizes the shortcomings of the short-related model.On this basis,this thesis studies the long-related model and verifies the self-similar of network traffic.By selecting a reasonable ON/OFF self-similar traffic model,this thesis establishes a new source packet model,analyzes the distribution of packets arriving in the buffer and proposes the formula for calculating the average duration of the data packets sent by the source during the time period.The simulation of the proposed formula presents that the theoretical formula curves and simulation curves fit well,which strongly validates the correctness of the theoretical formula.Then,this thesis studies the high efficiently frame generation algorithm based on self-similar traffic in finite buffer and proposes a series of theoretical formulas in high efficiently frame generation algorithms,which includes the buffer overflow probability,loss probability,average frame generation time and average packet delay.The simulation of the proposed formula presents the little error of theoretical formula curves and simulation curves.Therefore,this thesis verifies the correctness of the theoretical formula and the reflects the rationality of the derivation.
