With the increasing penetration of renewable energy such as wind power and photovoltaic power generation,at the same time,the charging load of electric vehicle is connected,the safe and stable operation of power grid will face another challenge.Micro grid as a kind of important clean energy consumption technology,has great value to the transformation of traditional energy structure to clean energy.Optimal sizing for micro grid is an important aspect at the early planning and design stage,which is greatly significant for improving micro grid reliability and operating economy;and it is very important to improve the stable operation of the system and to make a reasonable plan for the micro grid scheduling.In this paper,the micro grid capacity allocation and optimal scheduling strategy are studied,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the meteorological data of Beijing area,the simulation model of micro grid is established,the load of conventional and electric vehicle is modeled.It lays the foundation for the following research on capacity optimization configuration and micro grid scheduling strategy.(2)Aiming at the micro grid with electric vehicles,a new method based on improved differential evolution algorithm is proposed.First,by considering the seasonal variation of meteorological data,the input data are fitted.Taking the wind load deviation rate,the investment cost of energy storage and the cost of purchasing electricity as the optimization target,the storage battery charge and discharge power constraints,power fluctuation rate constraints as constraint conditions,a configuration model of capacity optimization system,and gives the scheme of capacity in two different types of load application scenarios,the proposed method is flexible and efficient.(3)The micro grid operation scheduling strategy is studied,including the peak and reduce the fluctuation of power as the goal of the day before the scheduling strategy,A simulation is carried out in the load type model of micro grid for the residents of load,the simulation results show that:Based on the electric vehicle charging side to meet user needs,based on the pre scheduling strategy can be optimized to achieve the network side reduce the peak valley difference of load demand.(4)A real-time scheduling strategy low-pass filtering algorithm based on adaptive filter coefficients is proposed,and set the filter coefficients low pass filtering algorithm were analyzed.The simulation results show that the optimization of real-time scheduling strategies,random fluctuations can track the day before scheduling and stabilize the wind and solar power,is verified methods.
