With the development of economy,people's living standards have been greatly improved,and the quality of the living environment is becoming more and more strict.The state pays more attention to reduce energy waste and protect the environment.In order to reduce the energy consumption of the third major sources of building energy,it is necessary to improve the insulation performance of building walls,and promote the application of self thermal insulation wall block.This production line is devoted to the design and research,which can improve the production efficiency and realize the batch production.The main research contents are as follows:Based on the research of the technological process and block structure,the paper make a overall planning and the main structure is carried on the detailed design,then use CAD and UG to complete the drawing of the corresponding drawings.On the basis of analyzing the principle of roll forming,the forming system is designed and established a mathematical model,this paper determine the relationship between extrusion pressure and roller diameter and roll gap;using ANSYS software to analyze the roll forming process determine the distribution chart of stress strain,displacement,frictional stress under different friction coefficient and the reasonable friction coefficient;Through the analysis of the optimized pressure roller,this paper obtained the stress and strain of the roller,then make a foundation for further study of roll forming.Based on the analysis of steam drying,this paper calculated the drying time and drying rate,and Through experiment study,this paper determined the relationship between steam temperature and drying strength,relative energy consumption and block moisture content;then determined the reasonable steam temperature.
