With the increase of car ownership,stimulated significantly improve the highway mileage,provides a good opportunity for the development of the transportation industry.Highway has the characteristics of high efficiency,fast,convenient and close,which is an important choice for people to travel long distances.The construction of highway network is closely related to economic development,once an important node and link from a natural disaster or major traffic accidents resulting in blocking the road network,will cause massive paralysis,poses a great threat to people’s lives and property safety,so the network structure characteristics from different angles of evaluation is very necessary.The highway network has the characteristics of complex structure,multi node,multi repeated fusion and so on,so it can be studied based on the complex network theory.First of all,this paper introduces the basic concepts of complex networks and graph theory,expounds the basic statistical indicators in complex networks,summarizes the research results of related fields at home and abroad,and provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up study.Secondly,this paper selects Space L model as the modeling method according to the setting of the network elements,and establishes the generalized network topology model of the highway network from the two dimensions of micro and macro.The generalized network topology model is divided into city domain network model and global network model,network model with high-speed toll station node to toll station between the high-speed road side;global network model for city to city node,whether directly connected to,and according to the generalized network topology model established from the micro,two level of macro analysis of structural characteristics of static network.Again,considering the influence of road mileage,capacity and other functional properties of road network structure,the definition of highway network connectivity measure,equilibrium measure and survivability measure,constructs the index system of city network and global network structure characteristics of dynamic evaluation.Finally,the evaluation index system of road network structure as the theoretical basis,based on the two development of ArcGIS,Java,JSP and java script programming language based on My,using Eclipse as the system development tool,using the B/S network architecture,network dynamic structure evaluation system research and using the system to calculate the corresponding evaluation index.From the normal traffic flow state and the two blocking events,effects of connectivity,equilibrium,survivability performance of dynamic parameters of road network structure,dynamic network structure evaluation,to verify the applicability of the evaluation index.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to achieve the purpose of the application of the dynamic structure evaluation system.
