The out-of-gauge goods transportation is an important part of the railway transportation.Although the proportion of the railway freight volume is not large,it has great significance to the national economic development and national defense construction.The out-of-gauge equipment is usually ultra-high,ultra long,ultra wide equipment used in the state power,chemical,petroleum,military,machinery,metallurgy and other industries.These devices have a long production cycle and take on a large role.If they can not reach the destination safely and quickly,it will not only bring economic losses,but also affect the construction of production.Therefore,it is of great significance to out-of-gauge goods safe transportation.The vehicle lateral vibration offset is an important factor which affects the feasibility of out-of-gauge goods transportation and the running condition of wagons loaded with out-of-gauge goods.The lateral vibration of the vehicle is mainly caused by the interaction between the wheel and rail when the vehicle is running on the line.The bogie vibrate and then the vehicle vibrate.The vibration characteristics of vehicles with different types of bogies are different.Therefore,the performance of freight car bogie is an important factor that affects the vehicle lateral vibration.At present,there are few studies for the vehicle lateral vibration offset.Considering the current mainstream bogie for ZK5 and ZK6 bogie,study on how lower cross-braced bogie and tilting bogie influence the vehicle lateral vibration offset is carried out,to provide a better theoretical basis for the safety of railway freight transportation.This paper focuses on the influence of the bogie to the vehicle lateral vibration offset.Mainly includes the following research contents:compare the main performance characteristics and differences of the cross braced bogie and swing bogie.Set grade ?and ? line simulation conditions with ZK5 and ZK6 bogie,a total of 208 simulation conditions;establish the model of NX70 and NX70H flat car in SIMPACK simulation platform;based on analysis of simulation results,the influence of ZK5 bogie and ZK6 bogies to the vehicle lateral vibration offset is studied.When the operating conditionsand loading conditions are the same,the vehicle lateral vibration offset of NX70H flat car with ZK5 bogie is 7%-17%larger than NX70 with ZK6 bogie.To determine the lateral vibration offset of the NX70H flat car with the K5 type bogie is the basis for determining the most unfavorable conditions of the overloaded cargo transportation conditions.
