European and American countries have been in a leading position in the field of aircraft engine blade detection and measurement.Although in the past ten years,the domestic aviation engine industry has developed rapidly,the scientific research of profile measurement and 3D modeling of blade are still in the primary stage.However,the blades are the key components of the airplane engine.Therefore,the profile design and measurement of blades are very important as well as the blades' material,and the good surface design of blades are more aerodynamic so that the blades could ensure the reliability of the engine system under the condition of great power.Since the beginning of this century,with the development of 3D design and noncontact measurement technology,there also has been a certain degree of development for the non-contact measurement of the blade.This thesis studies the non-contact measurement of the back and basin of blade based on the principle of line structured light measurement.This thesis completes the output,reconstruction and display of the point cloud and the triangular structures.The main contents include:(1)Specific to the domestic and foreign research status of engine blade measurement,this thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of measurement system,and based on this,the thesis puts forward experimental scheme and reconstruction of a 3D blade.(2)Specific to the principle of line structured light,this thesis introduces the main principles of techniques such as image calibration,and lock-in imaging.And combined with the special section line structure of the blade,the idea of using the direction template method to extract the light stripe center is accomplished.(3)Specific to the contour reconstruction of engine blade,this thesis focuses on the related reconstruction techniques,including surface fitting and triangulation reconstruction.At the end of the fourth chapter,according to the characteristics of line structured light measurement,this thesis presents an algorithm to generate triangular pieces based on planar contour.Then this thesis reconstructs the 3D blade.(4)Specific to the blade profile measurement system,this thesis describes the realization of the measurement software in details,including the data structions,the process framework and the functions of each part of this software.Then,this thesis gives a brief analysis and an introduction of the hardware environment,and focuses on the experimental process.Finally,this thesis completes the experimental measurement of an aircraft engine blade and analyzes the experimental results and the possible errors.(5)At the end of this thesis,the main work and the results of the blade measurement system are summarized.The future research works are forecasted,and analyzed.
