Design And Application Of SCPI Command In Microwave Signal Source

The automatic test system is an important research topic in the field of testing equipment,standard commands for programmable instruments SCPI as an important standard of program command,is widely used in automatic test system,used to achieve access control of the test instrument and test data.This topic originates from a certain type of microwave signal source in laboratory,and uses SCPI standard command to design and realize the remote control of microwave signal source in the automatic test system.This paper gives the design scheme of the program control system,and realizes the application of SCPI command in the programmable control system of microwave signal source.In this paper,the microwave signal source as the experimental platform,based on the function module of the instrument is designed with a special SCPI command parser in the microwave signal source module integrated programmable command parser for command recognition,while the remote terminal design based on a machine on the application of WPF software framework,realizing transmitting the SCPI program command.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1?The construction of SCPI command set and the design and implementation of command parser.According to the command syntax and format of SCPI standard,combined with the microwave signal source of the laboratory instrument design instrument dedicated SCPI program command,we use the multi index table to store node programming command tree,and query commands through a dictionary query,save the query time,improve the efficiency of command analysis.2?Design of SCPI dynamic link library in microwave signal source control software.In the microwave signal source,to communicate with the host computer,receive the SCPI program command string and return the response information.At the same time,the function of the instrument is set according to the result of the instruction analysis.3?Based on the WPF framework,the design of the host computer application software is completed,including the design of human-computer interaction system,the design of communication module and the design of synchronous function module.Users can operate by SCPI command line and graphical control,and realize remote control of microwave signal source.Microwave signal source control system design of this project in the SCPI command set has advantages of convenient,reasonable structure,at the same time for instruction analysis command parser with query fast,small memory characteristics,has a certain reference significance for other efficient automatic test system.
