The Smart Substation is a necessary condition when the smart grid is applied.With the continuous development and popularization of the smart substation,for the debugging and acceptance of SCADA system in smart substation is concerned,many corresponding methods,techniques and real applications are reviewed,explored,researched and realized.More effective methods are proposed considering the spot work and power network construction conditions.The main work and novelties are lies as follows:1)With the continuous development of smart grid,the development process of smart substation is explicitly reviewed and discussed.Combined with the spot research and practices,and considering the existing research,the research progress and the real application of smart substation are concluded and analyzed,which is valuable work for current research.2)For the present smart substation is concerned,the three-layer two-network configuration of SCADA system in smart substation is reported,and main function is concluded.3)The purpose,function,main contents and present debugging method for the debugging and acceptance of SCADA system is systematically discussed.The essence of the debugging and acceptance is analyzed from the points of the inspected project,important part,and flowchart.Although there are many acceptance standard nowadays,they are cursed by idealization,isolation,imperfect,and repetitiveness,which disturbed the spot people.4)For the problems existing in the debugging and acceptance of SCADA system,a direct networking method is proposed for debugging and acceptance of SCADA system in smart substation.This method possesses the advantages of short run time,high efficiency,low competitiveness,and conciseness.Although this method has the problem of busy work assignment,and complex regression analysis,it indeed enhance the work efficiency and quality during the real application.It is meaningful for promoting the debugging and acceptance work in smart substation.5)For the disadvantages of the proposed direct networking method,further improvements are proposed.The key idea lies in searching the better idea and practices in terms of drawer and equipments.For the "data circle" phenomenon in smart substation,perfect information circuit diagram is introduced,and the application method is provided.It aims to realized the automatic data collection.By doing so,the customized visual deployment can be realized,and automatic test tools can be developed based on the available data.Then SCD file integration,bay level equipments inspection,and problem fast locating can be realized efficiently.In a word,with the rapid development of information,automation and network technologies,smart substation is naturally coincide with these trends.The perfect information circuit diagram and its derivatives will become the development trend of advanced application test technology in substation.
