Since ancient times,our country has a wide range of brick and stone buildings,unique architectural style.The brick and stone building not only embodies the exquisite Chinese architectural technology,but also reflects the profound and profound.Masonry with mortar is used as bonding material,the brick masonry blocks according to a certain bond as a whole,masonry is a kind of uneven mesh structure system.In many masonry mortar joints have a large number of original void and empty,the mortar plumpness of mortar is low,coupled with the strength of masonry mortar was low,the poor quality of construction,thus significantly reducing the shear performance of masonry.Active masonry in traditional houses,due to the destruction of masonry construction technology and traditional materials,wind erosion and earthquake,our existing masonry traditional dwellings have varying degrees of damage,need to be strengthened,in order to resist the earthquake action of facing the future.So far,the surface layer of cement mortar,constraint component and grouting reinforcement method of masonry houses reinforcement,but the surface layer of cement mortar and constraint component reinforcement method will damage the traditional residential architectural style of the original masonry.In this paper,the building structural adhesive is used as the reinforcement material.On the basis of the grouting reinforcement theory,the structural glue is used as the filling material for the brick masonry building.As a kind of building adhesive,building structural adhesive is used to bond the load-bearing structural components.In this study,epoxy resin structural adhesive and silicone structural adhesive were used as filling material to study the effect of structural adhesive on masonry.Experimental study on using the research methods,theoretical analysis and numerical analysis of the combination,followed by masonry shear performance research to in-depth analysis of shear capacity of masonry block wall research ideas,to physical test results as the basis,numerical analysis,carry out the study on the shear performance of masonry block wall work.In this paper,the method of injecting glue is introduced.The failure mechanism,the failure load and the failure form of the shear resistance are analyzed.At the same time,the application of finite element software ABAQUS,to study the shear wall masonry block stress state under pressure,through the numerical simulation of ordinary masonry and mortar injecting epoxy resin structural adhesive brick masonry wall is studied by finite element analysis,obtained two groups of wall hysteretic curves and skeleton curve.The experimental and theoretical analysis of masonry strengthened by structural adhesive shows that the shear strength of masonry structure is improved by epoxy resin structural adhesive.Silicone structural adhesive improves the displacement of masonry block masonry.The finite element analysis of the ordinary masonry wall and the glue pouring masonry wall under low cyclic loading shows that the hysteresis curve of the glue filling wall is smooth and full,and the consumption capacity of the wall is improved.The structural adhesive is used as the material to reinforce the masonry.The effect is obvious.
