With the development of science and technology,the acceleration of industrialization,the transportation of electric energy is particularly important in modern society.As the intermediate link of the electric power transmission,the cable working well is an important channel for the maintenance and operation,but safety accidents occurred frequently in the process of cable connection and maintenance.According to this situation,through the simulation analysis of the ventilation mode and the ventilation effect,and study the intelligent monitoring,an intelligent ventilation monitoring system is developed.The system mainly completes the collection,transmission and processing of hydrogen sulfide,carbon monoxide,combustible gas and oxygen concentration and automatic control of air blower frequency conversion operation based on gas concentration signal and the self-detection of equipment running status.Realize the.timely and accurate warning of various limit values,to prevent and eliminate the hidden dangers of accidents.And the system satisfies all kinds of working conditions.The main research results of this subject include:(1)The overall design scheme of the intelligent ventilation monitoring system for the intelligent ventilation monitoring system is presented.And the function and the realization method of the intelligent ventilation monitoring system of the cable working well are analyzed.(2)Some basic parameters of the system are calculated.And this system is established CFD model,the velocity field and pressure of ventilation are simulated,and the simulation results were analyzed.(3)The control mode of the monitoring system and the operating mode of the wind turbine are analyzed,and the control method of the wind turbine is optimized by combining the discrete method.(4)Based on S7-200 series PLC and inverter as the core,the electrical design of the main circuit and PLC control circuit is completed and the system is prepared.Through the force control configuration software,the system can monitor the remote operation and real-time operation state of the upper computer.In this paper,the intelligent ventilation monitoring system is designed,and the closed-loop control is realized.And the frequency conversion signal discrete processing,the design of the air flow rate of the step control,effectively avoid the frequency conversion operation in the speed of the problem.The system can automatically adjust the ventilation quantity according to the judgment of the gas concentration,and can be converted to manual adjustment of ventilation volume in the fine operation of the underground.The monitoring system was officially put into use in the state grid corporation of China in January 2015.It is proved by practice that the system is stable and reliable,and has good application and promotion value.
