Large-scale production and application of biomass molding fuel for energy-oriented use to waste resources of agriculture and forestry,has important meaning for energy conservation and emissions reduction.Biomass molding fuel processing and the production cost and energy consumption in the cost of logistics to some extent,re-strictly influence the large-scale production and application.Biomass molding fuel in the large-scale production,raw material granularity and the dried moisture content are the important factors influencing the processing energy consumption and production cost.According to an annual output of 20000 tons of straw briquette processing,for example,of the molding fuel line by ExtendSim software simulation,the theory of the optimal energy consumption as objective function,the briquetting and particulate forming fuel dry grinding particle size and moisture content on the productivity of the molding fuel and overall than the impact of energy consumption,combined to obtain the optimal parameters of the theory of energy consumption and compared with productive test results of the research found that: compared with the original experience parameters,briquetting fuel(15%,20-30mm)according to the theoretical optimization parameters and energy saving 11.64%,after compared with a related research on productive experiment energy saving is10.36%;Pellet fuel(10%,10 mm)according to theoretical optimization parameters and energy saving 5.58%,after compared with a related research on productive experiment energy saving is 6.36%.Considering energy consumption,personnel management,such as depreciation expense,the cost of production of particles is191.67 yuan/ton,press block is 122.73 yuan/ton,more energy-saving than particles.For biomass molding fuel from the processing center to the heat source station secondary logistics costs high,proposed the biomass heat source station No.2,100,000 tons of fuel demand as an example,proposed three processing centers in same size,use ExtendSim build a modeling on secondary logistics process.Combining literature research,contrast the biomass power plant often used two secondary transport strategy:from heat source as a starting point,the independent transport vehicles average assigned to processing centers and each car transport in turn each processing center;And under the optimal strategy for three types of fuel the required models and the number of optimization,calculated their optimal secondary logistics cost.The results show that the average assigned to processing centers independent transport strategy is better,more reasonable models for between 30 to 40 tons.Three kinds of fuel,the particulates secondary logistics cost is minimum,but highest in production cost.Considering the production and secondary logistics total cost,found that briquette fuel is 167.62 yuan/ton,are lower than particles 23.9%,lower than the packaging 16.08%.In addition,the literature points out that biomass contains active inorganic impurities such as potassium chloride,combustion process often appears heavy coking problem.Preliminary research literature at home and abroad,considering for woody,herbaceous and a mixture of both of their different formation in the process of fuel burning coking features,using the reaction of silicon aluminum department or sulfur-additive with biomass of potassium chloride can improve the ash melting point's principle,each additive selection of preliminary experiment design is given.
