With the recent transformation of China's manufacturing industry to automation,digitization and intelligentization,manufacturing enterprises demand for enhance the level of production and management of machine shop is increasingly urgent.Therefore,this paper will be in-depth study of metal-based machine shop,implements equipment networking and data acquisition of the machine shop,establish supervisory control and data acquisition system of the machine shop,improve production and management efficiency of the workshop.This paper researched a number of manufacturing enterprises machine shop,Introduced their respective development and present situation,summarized their respective characteristics and specific needs.For these needs,combined with technical and resource conditions,the network structure of the system and its connection layer,service layer and application layer three-layer system architecture are designed.In the connection layer,implemented CNC machine tools,PLC,industrial robot networking and data acquisition,where CNC machine tools is compatible with Fanuc,Mitsubishi,HuazhongCNC,industrial robot is compatible with Fanuc,ABB,KUKA.Using OPC UA interface unified encapsulation of these devices communication information,and established the OPC UA information model for each of them.In the service layer,built a server cluster architecture,and deployed the acquisition server,data analysis server,database server,Web server,using MySQL and MongoDB dual database architecture in particular.In the application layer,Web pages and programs are designed for different application scenarios,such as shop floor monitor,workshop management,process technicians,equipment maintenance personnel,warehouse management personnel,workshop operators,wrote the Web-based desktop and mobile-side applications respectively.The system can improve the production and management efficiency of machine shop,has a great help for the workshop management,equipment maintenance.The system uses the OPC UA protocol to solve the compatibility problem of the equipment networking.The system uses a dual-database interface,expands the data storage capacity and establishes the foundation for the following big data analysis.The system provides the desktop and mobile terminals of the interaction of two ways to facilitate the user's operation and monitoring.
