The active power filter has been proposed for many years,as a device that can effectively suppress the harmonics is continusly studied by domestic and foreign scholars.So that,the market prospect have a bright future.Three-phase non-linear equipment is the field of harmonic suppression research hotspot.However,with the development of economic and social,single-phase non-linear equipment has become a harmonic source that can not be underestimated.Three-phase non-linear equipments have been far less than the proportion of single-phase equipments.Therefore,this paper chooses the single-phase SAPF to carry on research in depth and selects one kind of non-linear control technology__one-cycle control(OCC)as the control strategy of this article though comparing with other numerous control methods of APF.And the paper has made the improvement to the traditional OCC and has achieved good control effect through simulation and experimental verification.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic principle of OCC and the realization of the switch,which provides the basis for the theoretical analysis of the whole thesis.This paper analyzes the working process of traditional OCC based on two different working modes and the two defects brought by the traditional OCC mode,which provides clues for the later improvement.And then,a set of improved design methods based on OCC single-phase SAPF is put forward.A mathematical model of improved OCC is established based on single-phase SAPF.The target equation is deduced and the corresponding control circuit is designed.In order to verify the superiority of the improved method,the control circuit waveform is analyzed in detail for the DC component and the stability.The principle of resetting integral time constant,LCL output filter,capacitor of DC side and PI parameter is given.The simulation model is established by combining the given parameter design methods,which results confirmed the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed strategy.Finally,a 50 A single-phase SAPF experimental prototype based on the control core—MC56F8356 chip is designed.The hardware and software are designed respectively.The hardware circuit and software flow chart are given,and the prototype is assembled and debugged.A large number of experiments confirmed that the experimental results is the same as theoretical analysis.
