Research And Design Of Low Power Battery Powered Electromagnetic Flowmeter | | Posted on:2017-02-13 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:H Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2322330512978940 | Subject:Control Science and Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Electromagnetic flowmeter is a kind of measurement instrument which is applied in the measurement of industrial and agricultural production process parameters.Electromagnetic flowmeters are applied very extensively and play a very important role.Electromagnetic flowmeter has its own characteristics compared with other kinds of flow meter.It is simple in structure and has no components which impede fluid flow.The measurement range is wide.The measurement principle is linear and has less error.There is still a gap between the domestic technology and foreign advanced technology on power consumption and precision.Therefore,how to reduce the power consumption and improve the measurement accuracy by improving the process structure and operation mode is an important issue.In this paper,the simulation analysis and optimization of the excitation coil is carried out on the basis of the traditional electromagnetic flowmeter.Excitation system is the key part of electromagnetic flowmeter.The reasonable choice of the shape and parameters of the excitation coil has a great influence on the performance of the electromagnetic flowmeter.The weight function of the excitation coil is listed in this paper.Through the comparison and analysis of the magnetic field uniformity in different shape of excitation coils to determine the optimum excitation coil shape.Low power consumption and portable flowmeter are the developing direction of electromagnetic flowmeter.This paper is aimed at the low power consumption electromagnetic flowmeter in the market.This paper has put forward the idea of Interval power supply and flow forecast.According to the average forecast method on the market,This paper presents some new methods by Calman filter,Markov forecast,and Slope method forecast.And improve the forecast precision through the flow forecast data simulation and the forecast results.Finally,a comparative analysis of the simulation results of the excitation coil is carried out by experiments.through flow forecast experiments the accuracy of the forecast methods are verified.The research of this paper provides a new way of thinking and reference for the development of low power electromagnetic flowmeter. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Electromagnetic flowmeter, Weight function, Uniformity of magnetic field, Optimization of excitation coil, Flow forecast | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
