Full face hard rock tunnel boring machine(short for TBM)has the advantages of fast,high quality,environmental protection,highly comprehensive benefit.It is the major equipment for tunnel construction of highway,railway,water conservancy,municipal construction and so on.Gripping-thrusting-regripping mechanism is the core transmission assembly unit,which has a direct impact on the driving efficiency and precision.During tunnel construction,the severe vibration causes important structural damage under the impulsive load.On the Basis of the construction problem,the dynamic characteristic is studied.The main content of the dissertation is as follows:Mechanism composition and working principle are described,and the DOF of institution is calculated by the corrected formula of G-K.The model of inverse position analysis is established,which reveals the mapping rules between the hydraulic cylinder parameters and the main beam pose.That Provides theoretical basis for subsequent analysis.A simplified dynamic model of a gripping-thrusting-regripping mechanism is developed based on the concentrated parameter method under the condition of considering the stiffness of surrounding rock.Through the analysis of Vibration mode,it generalizes that the first vibration mode is the torsional motion of the main beam.Through the influence regularities of the natural frequency with the parameters variation,concluded that the rigidity of the oil cylinder are the main factors influencing the natural frequency.At the same time,the phenomenon of loci veering is found with the change of component stiffness.Finally,the agency dynamic responses are solved with the numerical method.Through the influence of various parameters on the response amplitude,find that increased stiffness is an effective method for small response vibration amplitude.so the single parameter and multiple parameters can be modified based on the space of the oil cylinders,natural frequency and the economic costs.Then the optimal scheme is selected for supporting the dynamic optimization design.
