As the supply and drainage of ship ballast water,bacteria,microalgae and other creatures carried by ship ballast water were released into the new sea area waters,which is the main route of Marine invasion of alien species,and threatened the Marine ecological environment seriously.Fast and accuracy to detect the microalgae in the ship ballast water has important meaning to the treatment of ship ballast water and the protection of the Marine ecological system.At present,There are many methods of detecting the microalgae in the ship ballast water,but those detection technologys are unable to achieve rapid detection and real-time detection.Aiming at the problems of existing detection technologys,this paper puts forward a kind of method of convenient and rapid detection and a portable microalgae detection system of ship ballast water.Detection principles of the system is to use the detecting technology of side scattering light,the detection technology of laser induced fluorescence and the detection technology of resistance pulse sensing to detect the microalgae's internal granularity,chlorophyll fluorescence and particle size,through the analysis of three kinds of signals to confirm which kind of microalgae contained in the ship ballast water,and at the same time,using the microfluidic chip as integration testing platform of three detection technologys,which effectively reduce the volume of the detection system.The whole test system composed by the microfluidic chip module,signal detecting module,signal processing module,ARM control module,power module,pump driving module and mechanical structure,the test equipment has a small volume,and easy to carry.In order to verify the performance of the system,first to test each modules and integration system,then take three kinds of typical microalgae samples to do the actual detection,comparison the experiment results between the standard flow cytometry instrument and the developed detection system,through the compare of the test results to prove the accuracy of this system.The developed detection system has the advantages of fast,low sample consumption and portable compared with the commonly microalgae detection equipment.
