Low speed high torque hydraulic motor as actuator has the advantages of big power-to-weight ratio and easy control,it has been widely used for construction machinery field.However,because of the space limitation in the field of Marine Machinery puts forward higher requirements for power-to-weight ratio.On this background,the article made structure modification for traditional piston connecting-rod hydraulic motor,and presents a new structure of Linear Type Hydraulic Motor with Piston-connecting Rod.According to the distribution of hydraulic cylinders of the traditional piston connecting-rod hydraulic motor is almost in circumference.The design of the motor hydraulic cylinder is in a straight line.In this way,hydraulic motor can improve the space utilization of the ship Space,but also can increase the motor output power and improve the stability of the motor output torque,because of the excellent low speed stability,motor can motor direct drive load and reduce power transfer.As a result,the mechanical efficiency of the motor has been further improved.In this paper,the working principle of different types of Low speed high torque hydraulic motors is briefly introduced.For the working principle,structure and related hydraulic control system of Linear Type Hydraulic Motor with Piston-connecting Rod is introduced in detail.The new structure hydraulic motors is a kind of single-action motor,because of the limitation of the hydraulic cylinder,the displacement,torque,pressure and speed of the hydraulic motor are periodically changed in the working process.In this paper,the mathematic model of the pulsation rate of the motor is established and solved by MATLAB software.We can found that the odd cylinders rate is lower than the even cylinders,and the cylinder number is inversely proportional to the pulse rate.In a word,determining the design of 11 cylinder hydraulic motor.Then,according to the motor output power and speed,the main moving parts and main performance parameters are calculated,including the motor piston,connecting rod,eccentric shaft.According to MECHANICAL DESIGN HANDBOOK,the article selected materials and designed structure for main moving parts.In order to completely meet the design requirements,with studying of the mechanical efficiency for the relative moving parts.Finally,according to the calculation results,three-dimensional model of the piston,connecting rod and eccentric shaft is established,the model was imported into ANSYS Workbench for simulation analysis.In the simulation process to guarantee the normal operation of the design components in the motor work.
