With the development of China's economy and technology,the comprehensive utilization of Marine resources and development has been opened for the ocean in the new century,the Marine crane has been developed rapidly in the construction of the ocean.Beacon vessel is a kind of ocean engineering ships,equipped with crane bear the beacon was laid,inspection,maintenance,repair and other work,greatly promote the development and utilization of Marine resources.However beacon vessel due to the effect of the Marine environment in the process of work,sharp swings in the crane hanging heavy,shaking in the process of the impact of severe influence on the performance of the crane work efficiency and stability,are prone to accidents.Therefore,the study of rolling crane measures is imminent.For "sea tour 1640" "sea tour 16405" beacon vessel and same type similar beacon vessel through analyzing the actual situation,design the crane stage-rope type mechanical rolling system.Using virtual prototype technology to crane mechanical stabilizer system ADAMS simulation study,for mechanical parameters,structural strength,stability,and the optimization of the system structure of the analysis and calculation of the analysis,to verify rolling performance of the system.Theoretical analysis of rolling system,the establishment of simplified model of the system,provide theoretical basis for the control analysis.By ship crane hoisting movement characteristics and regularity of simplified physical model,application of Lagrange analysis mechanics stabilizer system dynamics model' is established,and its applicability and effectiveness of the numerical simulation.In crane structure on the basis of the original structures,mechanical rolling system test bench,the rolling experiments,with the result of the experiment were analyzed,further proof the rolling performance of the stage-rope type mechanical system,this system to reduce the crane hoisting swing have obvious effect.
