The Research On The Application Of ZigBee And BlueTooth Communication In Smart Home System

With the constant improvement of the level of science and technology,people has higher requirement for the quality of work life,more convenient and safe way of life will become the mainstream of the development.smart home came into being.As a result of the smart home market widely,promising,so many vendors join to the study of smart home.Smart home includes a lot of content,such as the control of household equipment and the monitor of home environment and so on.With the rapid development of wireless technology,such as ZigBee,Bluetooth and other wireless communication modules is widely used in smart home system.In this paper,ZigBee modules,Bluetooth modules and USB cameras are used as the terminal equipment,to collect relevant home information.And based on the ARM processor,processing the collected data,save to the SQLServer database,and then design website to display home information.On the website,you can click the control button of the relative device,and the relevant control commands will send to the relative device through the ARM processor.and the USB camera can capture video data in real-time,displayed on the site in real time.This system realizes the complete smart home system by constructing the ZigBee and Bluetooth heterogeneous network.The ZigBee terminal node collect the data transmitted to the ZigBee coordinator,and the bluetooth devices also collect relevant data,the information of the ZigBee coordinator and the Bluetooth devices are collected into corresponding data frame through the design of heterogeneous network data frame,and then pass the data to the ARM processor through the serial port.The ARM processor according to the data frame flag decide the data was collected by what kind of equipments,and then analyzing the rationality of the data stored in the corresponding data table.This system transplant unixODBC and FreeTDS,this make it access to the Windows SQLServer database in Linux,at the same time,using ASP.NET platform C#language to design website.In video surveillance,using V4L2 and Epoll mechanism to collect the video data,transplanting the X264 library to encode video data,transplanting oRTP library to transmit video data,at last embedding VLC player ActiveX plugin in the browser that can display video data.In the end of this paper,the related functions are tested to verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
