| Techology of CSCD ’(Computer Supported Cooperative Design)is widely used in design and manufacturing for airplane,automobile and other industrial fields.It is an important way for enterprises to win advantages in market competition and provides powerful technical support for the new product development of manufacturing enterprises.To solve the collaboration need for distributed users,multi-sector and multi-unit in the product development process under the environment of Internet,we research and build the remote real-time collaboration system based on STL model for the existence of different CAD system.The method of building remote synchronous collaborative system platform based on STL model is presented.And the principle of the specific interaction of distributed users in the Internet environment based on STL model is given.Detailedly analyse and design three-dimensional prototype system and attitude control of the synchronous collaborative model.For the collaborative process of the conflict as well as difficult issues in the collaborative process of the neutral characteristic of an object remote real-time interactive control are studied and discussed.The paper also analyzes the multi-user application requirements and technical requirements for management systems of the cooperative system.And we use the multimedia technology,database technology,human-machine interface technology and safety technology,to realize "man-machine-man" concurrency control mechanism multimedia and interactive features in collaborative work.Among them,the locking concurrency control mechanism uses the token control strategy to ensure that users have token control over the model and avoiding data synchronization problems caused by the multi-point interaction interference;and uses the network video conferencing technology to achieve "one-man" multimedia pay.For the network transmission security,we use encryption technology of VPN networking scheme,which to authenticate the identity of the communicating parties and to ensure security of the data transmission.Finally,we verify the validity of the collaborative systems by way of the example in this paper. |
