In recent years,medium and large turbo-generator set adopts digital elec tro-hydraulic control system(DEH)control,since most of the unit load for a long time running,frequent DEH control system,so the valve management of DEH control system part of the study,can not only optimize the safety and economic behavior of unit operation,and the unit of automatic generation control(AGC)of fast response and is crucial for a frequency modulation response.Due to the early stage of the unit installation and after-sales service,the influence of such factors as the steam turbine valves to regulate the high pressure cylinder in the flow characteristic and DEH preset flow characteristic curve parameters exist a certain differences.The difference in the unit put into AGC mutations may cause load,high pressure regulating valve swing,load adjusting the problem such as slow,thus affect the economy and safety of the unit.In tieling power plant unit 1 valve management link of experiment and calculation,according to the test data,modify the GV2? GV3?GV6 valve flow characteristic curve,and according to the specific parameters of the valve and nozzle size in detail,the GV2,GV3,GV6 degree of overlap between the time calculation and verification,analyses the reasons of the overlapping spend big,solve load between 210MW~260MW,GV3 oscillation phenomenon significantly.In this paper,the original sequence valve operation plans(scheme 1: GV4 + GV5?GV6 ?GV3?GV2?GV1)produced by the unbalance of air force are analyzed in theory,gives the optimization scheme,scheme 2: GV4 + GV5?GV2?GV3?GV6?GV1,has carried on the contrast test to plan 1 and 2,conclude the safety of the second scheme is superior to the one way.O f two kinds of schemes and pushed to the stage efficiency calculation,comparison and analysis,analyzed the overlap degree of the impact on the efficiency of governing stage,to verify the plan 2 economy is better than one.Through to the turbine at the level of derivation calculation fitting out of the back pressure under different flow correction curve of power,provide theoretical guidance for the valve management link.
