Abstract/Summary:
Traction winches are widely used in industrial production.It plays an important role in many fields such as construction,mine engineering,ship transportation,offshore oil and so on.Some traction winches need to work under heavy load and variable load conditions,such as the sea towing system.This condition not only require highly on winch work reliability and control performance,but also on the strength and fatigue of the steel cable’s life.Based on this,the foreign scholar has carried on the the thorough research to the traction winches under the heavy load and the variable load from the mechanical,the transmission,the control,the steel cable life and so on,but the domestic similar equipment mainly relies on the import,therefore to the heavy load the research of traction winches is not deep,such as cable modeling analysis and mechanical hydraulic system design results are also more limited.Based on the predecessors’ work and the dynamic simulation software,this paper gives a systematic analysis and design process for the traction winches from the mechanical,transmission and control aspects under the condition of heavy load and variable load.First of all,for the steel cable which has great influence on the load characteristics,the simulation model is established by using the finite element analysis and the bushing modeling method.The principle of the cable model is verified by the classic rope problem,which verifies the reliability of the modeling method.Then the article focuses on the mechanical hydraulic link of the heavy-duty traction winch,and gives the principle design of the mechanical hydraulic drive and the control system according to the load characteristics mentioned above,and establishes the corresponding relationship between the load,the cable and the winch.This paper builds up the mechanical-hydraulic system,and then combined with the multi-body model of steel cable to build mechanical-hydraulic-load model of the whole machine.Finally,combined with the experimental data to verify the accuracy of the simulation model,which confirms the work in this paper,heavy traction winch system design And performance analysis are of the value.This paper consists of six chapters:Chapter one introduces the mechanical and hydraulic system of traction winch and the background of steel cable modeling,summarizes the research achievements of heavy load traction winches,hydraulic drive system and steel cable modeling at home and abroad,and sums up the deficiencies of current researches,introduced the research significance of this topic.Chapter two put forward the method of modeling steel cable by using bushing and realizes the method of parameterized macroscopic modeling of steel cable.And also gives the concrete realization process.In chapter 3,we compare the simulation results of the steel cable model with the bushing theory and the wire rope model of the continuum theory to verify the reliability of the model.The model of the steel cable model is verified by the catenary model.The frictional force along the rope is verified by the friction model around the column.The simulation results are in good agreement with theoretical analytic values,and the causes of errors are also analyzed.In chapter 4,based on the analysis of the typical working conditions and load characteristics of traction winch,a closed hydraulic circuit is used to design the hydraulic drive system of the heavy-duty traction winch and the storage winch.The control strategy that traction winch controlled by speed and storage winch controlled by constant cable tension is set up.According to the design requirements of the winch,we selected the main hydraulic components and check the selection results.In chapter 5,the hydraulic simulation model of heavy-duty traction winch and storage winch is built.Combined with the mechanical model of traction winch and cable,the simulation data are consistent with the experimental data,which validates the model established in this paper,which can reveal the internal working mechanism of the equipment,and provide a theoretical basis for the design of similar equipment.Chapter 6 puts forward the shortcomings and deficiencies in the whole work based on the basis of summarizing the work of the whole paper,as well as the aspects needing improvement and the direction of future optimization.
