Wind turbine transmission chain is one of the most critical components to withstand the wind load.It is necessary to simulate the performance and reliability of the transmission chain before the manufacture and installation of the wind turbine.The construction of the wind turbine test rig is very important to perfect the experiment of wind turbine transmission chain.However,due to some of our existing test bed can only complete most of the motor drive test,and can not fully simulate the actual wind turbine all the conditions.Therefore,this topic is based on the simulation of wind turbine five-degree-of-freedom electro-hydraulic loading device.In the second chapter,the load and related load theory of the wind turbine are analyzed,and the wind-In the direction of the force and torque can be studied,its six degrees of freedom to simplify the decomposition.In the third chapter,the mechanical structure,hydraulic system and electric control system of the system are analyzed,and the force transfer and decomposition algorithm is introduced.And the operation principle of the five-degree-of-freedom system is expatiated.In the fourth chapter,the mathematical model of the valve-controlled cylinder of the five-degree-of-freedom electro-hydraulic loading platform is established.The single-cylinder control system is simulated on Matlab/Simulink platform,and the system is statically calibrated.Performance.In the fifth chapter,the hardware and software design of the five-degree-of-freedom system of the wind turbine is carried out,and the electronic control system is designed and drawn.From the point of view of function realization,the digital analog quantity of the controller is allocated,and the wiring diagram of the components of the control system is drawn.The improvement and improvement of the Labview programming of the host computer software are also carried out,including the loading force control realization program,the data acquisition and processing program,and the interface design and arrangement.In the sixth chapter,the experimental study of the five-degree-of-freedom system is carried out,including the conventional PID and expert PID,and the experimental results are analyzed.
