Vibration test is to assess the vibration mechanical properties of the specimens by reproducing the vibration environment under actual conditions.Compared to the traditional single-axis vibration test system,the three-axis vibration test system can provide highly accurate simulation of vibration environment,without under or over test.This paper analysis the three-axis vibration test system and control technology,and the design and optimization of the system and control strategy are as followings:(1)Three-axial vibration test system and its key technologies.Analyze the development of research three-axis vibration test system and its key technology,focus on the system identification,decoupling compensation,system design and so on.(2)Decoupling compensation and Identification.Use the SCR ball retaining type LM slider with orthogonal distribution LM rolling guide to realize mechanical decoupling of this system.If the system response matrix is singular,seem the matrix generalized inverse as the inverse of matrix,which means to use the singular value truncation method to realize the decoupling compensation of the system.The identification result shows that the Hv estimation is unbiased to test system,which can improve the identification accuracy of the system effectively.(3)Control strategy of sine and random vibration.According to the traditional single-axis sine and random vibration control strategy,focus on the three-axis vibration test system sine sweep frequency and random vibration power spectrum reproduction control strategy.(4)System design.According to the requirements of the three axial vibration system,choose suitable three axial vibration table,vibration controller and power amplifier,design the hardware framework and the software architecture of the system,establish the real time control framework of three axial vibration,which can ensure the multi channel data real-time transmission,signal synchronization,real time signal processing.According to the results of the closed loop test and field test,the control strategy of the sine sweep frequency test can be controlled withiną1.5dB,the power spectrum retrieval self-loop test is withiną3dB,which shows that the control strategy is practical in engineering.
