The industry,as the major in the energy consumption of our nation,has occupied nearly 70%to 75%of the sum of energy consumption.As the result,how to reinforce the power management?carry out the action of energy conservation and lower energy consumption and improve the energy efficiency are the most effective method to minimize the energy expenditure and environmental protection as well as the crucial content of our nation on the new path of industrialization.It also has the significant meaning to improve the economic efficiency of the enterprises assuage the bind of the energy and the environment.The paper researched the energy conservation of the enterprises at present,and introduced the construction of the system of the power optimization and management,furthermore give more attention to the three functions of the energy management central:load forecasting?demand management and enterprises power costs and offer the new design think and new method which integrate the energy consumption feature of enterprises themselves and the advanced Artificial Neural Network and Fuzzy theory,which made the system of enterprises power management more perfect and intelligent to adopt the demand of the energy consumption.The paper gives priority to the description of the improvement the original methods of the system of the power management.the method of the load forecasting basis on the Wavelet Packets and the Neural Network clearly analysis the enterprises load and full utilize the details component which can increase the accuracy;the method of the demand management basis on the Neural Network and the Fuzzy theory,which can divide the demand into different levels can make the method of the demand management more perfect;the analysis method of the enterprises power costs also bring into the Fuzzy theory which make the method more diversification.Three function complement each other,load the high precision of prediction can provide demand control and electricity cost analysis with more accurate load distribution,and control and the cost analysis of power demand is interlinked,accurate demand control can reduce the electricity cost better,and reasonable electricity cost optimization and can control the process of the auxiliary demand.
