Vehicle shifting system is an important part of the drive control system,the shifting system performance have a significant impact on normal vehicle operation and control.Due to the large stiffness of the hydraulic system,power shift system will easily generate shift shock in the process of shifting,it will seriously effect driving comfort and safety;Moreover,considering the poor working conditions and poor maintenance condition of heavy vehicles,the vehicle shifting system should fit additional requirements.Comprehensively considered with above problems,this article researches on the heavy vehicle shift buffer system by computer simulation and modular analysis method,explores some methods to improve the smoothness of the shifting vehicle,intending to provide a reference for the optimization and improvement of vehicle shift control system.The article analyzed the heavy vehicle shifting control system by using AMESim simulation software.The vehicle transmission system composed of automatic control system and emergency control system,and the buffer valve plays an important role in reducing shift shock.In this article,the buffer valve of the system is analyzed in the first place,in this part,simulation model of the buffer valve is established by using AMESim software and explored the influences of structural parameters about the buffer valve by changing parameter setting;and then,analysis of the control process of single channel shift system by the buffer valve simulation,establish the simulation model of single channel system then establish the simulation model of multi path vehicle shift system and manual emergency shift system,reappear vehicle shift process;in order to improve the improvement and optimization of shift system conditions,this article combined with the structure of vehicle shift system and build the simulation model of shifting system by modular simulation.To verify the accuracy of the simulation model,an experiment conduction about the single-channel shifting system has been designed,and analyzed the contrast of the test results and simulation results.The results verifies the correctness of the simulation model.
