Steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with its strong spanning capacity,short construction period,and the advantages of torsional stiffness big,gradually become the preferred form of long-span Bridges.At the same time,due to the character of material,structure the structure load are more sensitive to temperature,the temperature changes or uneven distribution of temperature and the temperature effect even more than the dead load and live load effect,the serious influence the durability of the bridge.Characteristics of temperature load has significant geographical features,there is a big difference between different regions.The summer is heat,and the winter is cold.It has four distinct seasons,and the climate conditions lead to bridge the distribution of temperature field are different from other southern areas.Therefore,as the steel box girder of long-span Bridges is becoming increasingly widespread application,for different parts of the steel box girder temperature field to do in-depth research is particularly urgent.In this paper,The temperature load of steel box girder cable-stayed bridge in the region characteristic and the girder strain response is analyzed based on Jiaozhou bay bridge health monitoring system,and the main contents are as follows:(1)First of all,the annual temperature field of members of the steel box girder cable-stayed bridge and the air temperature were analyzed of temperature data collected based on the health monitoring system.To get temperature standard refer to European standard,provides reference for future relevant cable-stayed bridge design.Secondly,the article analyzed the temperature field of steel box girder of sunshine,and get the daily temperature prediction model,and discussed the different season bridge sunshine temperature change rule.(2)To get temperature and temperature characteristics of standard,and compares the current specification overall difference in temperature of the whole bridge by properties and temperature analysis of typical cross section of steel box girder.And,the article analyzed the sudden cooling of the influence of the steel box girder temperature changing.(3)The article analyzed typical strain change rule of measuring points of the main girder under temperature load,and discussed the correlation of temperature load and strain rule,set up independent of the temperature strain values and its statistical distribution model,providing reference for the evaluation of bridge operation condition.
