Research On The Personalized Design Pattern Under The Background Of Industry 4.0

With the in-depth study of Industry 4.0, its impact on the social economy and manufacturing industries gradually reflected. The design is oriented to manufacturing,and in the context of manufacturing updating to industry 4.0,the design theory and methods also need upgrade to a higher level.In addition,with the development of information technology,the consumer's demand for personalized products is becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,the personalized design theory and method research in the context of industry 4.0 receives wide attention.Firstly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the current background,and discusses the design object and concept in the period of industry 4.0,while pointing out the necessity of the personalized design pattern in the background of industry. Secondly,through collecting the personalized design theory of the industrialization era,sorting out the characteristic and mode of the personalized design in the industrialization period,and the design theory is no longer suitable for manufacturing industry in the industry 4.0 era,the personalized design theory needs to follow with the development of the era.Thirdly,combining the characteristic of industry 4.0,the paper proposes concept of personalized design in the context of industry 4.0,and analyzes the process and the pattern of personalized design in the context of industry. Finally,based on the process and the pattern of personalized design in the context of industry 4.0,the paper taking smart air conditioning and its mobile management app as an design practice to verified the feasibility of personalized design pattern in the context of industry 4.0.
