The main research results are as follows:1?After inspecting the Changsha Juzizhou Bamboo Garden, Beijing purple bamboo garden and other four gardens, some problems and deficiencies are analyzed and summarized, mainly including:Varieties of bamboo plant are not rich enough, the planting density is unreasonable; Lack of cultural characteristics and local characteristics; Plant landscape lack of artistic aesthetics; the imperfection of service facilities, the later management and maintenance are not enough.2?To propose bamboo theme gardens landscape design principle on the basis of the investigation and study of bamboo theme gardens, that is to say:The optimum land for bamboo, to adjust measures to local conditions; Draw materials based on the nature, and respect the site; Excavate the culture, and view the scenery by mind; Ecological and sustainable development; Security experience and sustainable development. Put forward the overall design of bamboo gardens and the points of subentry, and put forward that enjoying the landscape beauty and the cultural artistic conception is the essence of bamboo garden landscape.3?Based on the theory and method of the bamboo theme gardens landscape design summarized in the paper, a scheme design of Wangcheng bamboo garden is come out. The bamboo landscape features are used in landscape design, and the traditional bamboo culture essence is applied to the actual case by the modern techniques to inherit the Chinese spiritual civilization.From the ornamental value and culture of bamboo as the starting point to grasp bamboo gardens landscape design, at the same time, also provide a new Angle of view for the urban environment design, injected new cultural artistic conception to the urban landscape.
