| Compared with the light and small lifting machinery,the structure of the crane is complex,the operation time is long,the workload is heavy,and work in harsh environments with the long-term.The period of use of the most cranes is required for decades,the cranes are affected by many risk factors,such as the design conditions,the manufacturing process and aging,with the increasing working-time of crane,the accident rate has been high,which poses a great threat to the personal property and safety operation.Therefore,the proper structure health monitoring of crane is necessary,the stress monitoring technology is an effective method for detecting damage and early maintenance.From this reality,this thesis carried out the research of stress monitoring technology based on intelligent sensing technology of the crane,the all-time monitoring technology of the crane and prediction method of fatigue life are discussed,mainly from the following aspects to carry out related research:(1)Through a large number of literature retrieval and research for enterprises,this paper introduces the current development status of cranes and the present situation of research on structural health monitoring,expounds the components and functions of the general system of the structure monitoring,and through the statistical analysis of the crane accidents,the necessity and urgency of stress monitoring is presented.(2)This paper introduces the composition,structure,classification and work characteristics of crane,aiming at the existing problems of stress monitoring technology are discussed,analyzed the main reasons affecting the stress of structural,summarizes the main failure modes of the crane,the comparative analysis of several commonly stress monitoring technology of the crane.(3)This paper describes the basic principle,structure and classification of optical fiber grating sensor and resistance strain gauge,introduces the advantages and disadvantages,the development trend and application prospect of two kinds of sensors,combined with the complex structure and changing environment of crane,discusses the feasibility of the structure stress monitoring which based on the intelligent sensing technology of crane.(4)This paper discusses the application of the stress health monitoring on crane,based on the finite element analysis,combined with the crack location and maintenance information,determine the monitoring areas of hot-spot stress,and using the different intelligent sensing technology of stress monitoring on crane under normal working condition,collecting the monitoring data,and processing the data from three aspects: analyzing the reasons of the stress state,verifying the strength condition,and predicting the fatigue life of the structure fuzzy. |
