This paper focuses on non-expansion tunnel fire coatings and studied the impacts of environment factor and premiers on the tensile property and micro-structure features of the tunnel fire coatings through theoretical analysis and experiments.It also discusses the bonding strength formation mechanism of the tunnel fire coatings.The main research results are as below:(1)Bonding strength of the tunnel fire coatings will be improved with the increase in environment humidity.The environmental humidity is 95%,the bond strength of coating under the conditions of 5 ?,15 ?,20 ?and 30 ? than the environmental humidity of 60% bond strength increased by 18.33%,62.85%,39.60% and 32.97%.(2)Environment temperature has significant influence on the bonding strength of the tunnel fire coatings.The temperature provide good conditions for the bonding strength development,however,if it over 15?,its bonding strength will be decreases accordingly.The environmental humidity is 60%,the bond strength of coating under the conditions of15 ?,20 ? and 30 ? than the environmental temperature of 5 ? bond strength increased by 72.13%,65.57% and 54.09%;The environmental humidity is 75%,the bond strength of coating under the conditions of15 ?,20 ? and 30 ? than the environmental temperature of 5 ? bond strength increased by 83.58%,68.65% and 58.21%;The environmental humidity is 95%,the bond strength of coating under the conditions of15 ?,20 ? and 30 ? than the environmental temperature of 5 ? bond strength increased by128%,88% and 66.67%.(3)Analyze the impacts of different primers on the bonding strength of the tunnel fire coatings.With the more amount of premiers added,all three different kinds,the bonding strength will be developed.The environmental temperature is 20 ?,the bond strength of coating under the conditions of latex powder,styrene-acrylic emulsion and PVA emulsion incorporation of 11% increased by 100%,51.77% and 4.11%than the sample group without premiers;Its efficiency order is latex powder,styrene-acrylic emulsion and PVA emulsion.The environmental temperature is 30 ?,the bond strength of coating under the conditions of latex powder,styrene-acrylic emulsion and PVA emulsion incorporation of 11% increased by 129%,107% and 113% than the sample group without premiers.(4)It has define the mineral transformation and its micro-structure features under the XRD and SEM analysis.Also,it set quantitative analysis on SEM images via the Image J method,summarizing the changing characteristics of the micro-structure.
