It's necessary to complement and repair the insufficient bearing capacity or loss of strength of steel construction which has been built that were cased by changes in the environment,improper use of functional and disaster or other causes.Steel reinforcement method is only limited to a few basic.It's deficiency on the research of outsourcing concrete reinforcement methods.In order to a more reliable reference for further research and practical engineering applications,the writer studies in the research on mechanical properties of preload steel members reinforced by outsourcing concrete.This article through the theoretical study on stress-strain relation of preload steel members reinforced by outsourcing concrete mainly based on the test to analyzes the damage state and mechanical characteristics of the reinforcing members at different parameters.The study found that the ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced composite members change as the size of the initial preload of core steel,the strength of outsourcing concrete and the diameter of configured stirrup change.Deduced the reasonable formula on ultimate bearing capacity of the member considering the influence of the stability of slenderness ratio and verify the accuracy of the calculation formula on the date of test.Using the finite element numerical simulation software platform to establish seven member models on different parameter variables to analyze and verify the impact on the change of the member variables.Comparising the test data and simulation results to verify the accuracy of the model and found that they are in good agreement.Then verify the accuracy of the calculation formula again.Considering the concrete strength of members affected by various factors causes,the authors suggestto use CFRP to reinforce and repair the combination members to minimize the error in the research.Firstly,study experimental research on concrete columns reinforced by CFRP sheets.It shows that the carrying capacity of concrete columns reinforced by CFRP sheets has increased significantly.Then conductthe finite element analysis to study by using different parcel of CFRP fabric to reinforce steel members reinforced by outsourcing concrete to find that their carrying capacity enhancing greatly.Lastly using ABAQUS to study preload steel members reinforced by outsourcing concrete under the constraint of CFRP.Found that it has a good reinforcing effect.Using outsourcing concrete to reinforce different preload steel members can improve their mechanical properties.It says that outsourcing RC methods can be applied to actual reinforcement project.Considering the loss in the strength of concrete cased by all aspects in actual engineerings,using outsourcing CFRP to reinforce the reinforcing member can recover and repair its strength effectively.
