With the development of science and technology,electronic conversion device is widely used in the industry.While it bringing convenience to the production,the harmonic pollution problem is getting worse.The emergence of a large number of harmonics in the power grid will endanger the normal operation of other power equipment.Active power filter(APF),as the main power device to control harmonic,has become a research focus in the field of power electronics.In order to realize the precise compensation of harmonic current of APF,this paper designs an APF based on proportional resonant(PR)control.First of all,this paper introduces the types and harm of harmonic,and expounds the basic theory of APF,including the basic principle of APF,mathematical model and harmonic current detection method.The traditional double closed loop active power filter structure model is built,and the deficiency of the PI controller is analyzed in the current loop.Secondly,a current loop based on PR controller is proposed,and the feasibility of using the current loop is analyzed from the theoretical point of view.Considering the fluctuation of the frequency of the power grid,the adaptive PR controller is introduced to realize the accurate resonance of the harmonic current.In the light of the two difficult problems that need to be overcome in the engineering application of PR controller,the problem of discretization and phase compensation is studied and analyzed.Thirdly,the simulation model is built on the MATLAB/Simulink platform.The active filter based on PR controller is simulated and analyzed.The simulation results prove the effectiveness of the PR controller in the active power filter.Finally,an APF prototype is designed based on TMS320F28335.The hardware and software design of the system are introduced in detail.And on the experimental platform,it is verified that the PR controller has better effect in the active power filter.
