In order to adapt to the changing construction market,the template project is not short of perfect innovation,reasonable development and application of new building templates,in addition to the large-scale development,in order to adapt to the ever-changing construction market,Amplitude of the construction industry to enhance the economic efficiency,but more importantly has a greater social benefits,especially in environmental protection,resource utilization has a role can not be ignored.Aluminum alloy template with its light weight,high strength,number of turns,simple support,environmental protection,recycling value advantages stand out,more and more used in the domestic high-rise,high-rise buildings.In this paper,"CATIC Capital Building" project is the first to study the development of aluminum formwork at home and abroad.The concrete process of aluminum formwork in construction stage,design and treatment of special part template,details of installation and dismantling are introduced in detail.Control points,construction quality and safety assurance measures,and from technical and economic comparison with the wood formwork and steel formwork,draws its advantages.The mechanical performance analysis and finite element modeling of aluminum alloy floor formwork and wall formwork are carried out.By comparing the mechanical simplification analysis and finite element modeling of the template,the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the template are verified to meet the requirements of the relevant specification and finite element analysis.reliability.Through the calculation and finite element analysis,we can know that the strength and deformation of the floor template are still very rich under the premise of satisfying the requirements of the specification.Therefore,the following two measures should be taken to optimize the floor formwork: 1.2.Appropriate to reduce the thickness of the floor template.Model 3:plate thickness of 3.5mm,transverse spacing of 600 mm,after analysis to find a reasonable structure(Figure 3),the thickness of the cross-rib spacing of 400mm;structure.The effect of concrete pouring speed on stress and deformation of wall formwork was studied.Concrete pouring speed 0.5m / h,1m / h,1.5m / h......6m / h,respectively,to obtain the concrete pouring speed-side pressure,concrete pouring speed-maximum strain of the template,concrete pouring speed-the largest form of the curve curve.The simplified analysis of the beam formwork and the appropriate spacing of the bottom formwork under different beam height and beam width are presented.
