The composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is one of the main directions of the development of the bridge structure, which can make full use of the mechanical properties of concrete and steel. 0th, steering, anchor blocks are the relative key parts of the rigid-Continuous Beam Bridge key parts. Therefore, it has become an important engineering problem to design a reasonable and safe zero block, steering block and anchor block by the analysis of the stress calculation of these parts. In this paper, the main mechanical properties of large-span corrugated steel webs box girder bridge are studied with the Xiaoshagou bridge of Lanzhou north ring road as background. Firstly, the basic principle of finite element and the modeling method are introduced, and then the finite element model of the zero block, the steering block and the anchor block are established by using the finite element software ANSYS. The finite element carried on Stress analysis at Transient condition and Persistent condition. Finally, the paper gives the analysis conclusion and the suggestionand provides the certain reference to the construction design. As shown by calculation, The main Tensile zone of the zero block is the transverse diaphragms, and It is in the three direction tension stress state, The top plate, web plate and bottom plate of the zero block are mainly compressed, and the larger compressive stress is distributed in the top plate and web plate. The top plate is in the three direction compressive stress state, and the stress performance of the structure is better. In addition to the corners, the steering block is weakened and the stress concentration is produced at the four corners, and the rest structure meets the requirements of the specification. In addition to the stress concentration, the larger stress of the steering block is mainly distributed in the upper and lower edges, so it should be strengthened. The anchor block in addition to stress concentration at Near anchorage notch edges and external prestressing duct, and the rest structure meets the requirements of the specification. Anchor block large tensile stress is mainly distributed in the box girder mutation section of prestressed ducts around, larger pressure stress is mainly distributed in the anchor backing plate below as well as the notch bottom surface of the anchor plate around, and the parts in the design should be special attention to strengthen the local.
