| HR-EPS module is a kind of new building material which is better than ordinary thermal insulation material.It has the advantage of light-weight,high-strength and energy conservation and environmental protection and so on.Thus the structural system of shear wall made up of HR-EPS module is applied into building trades more and more widely.HR-EPS module shear wall as the building envelope and load-bearing structure not only has the thermal insulation properties,but also has the better mechanical performance.But the wall has the holes because of core rib,which will affect the mechanical performance included stability.In this paper,the study method combined theoretical calculation and ABAQUS finite element simulation is applied into the research on out-of-plane stabilization for this shear wall.The main research contents and achievements are as the following:1.The stability of single common wall without holes is analysed and studied.The fundamental formula of common shear wall in axial compression and eccentric compression about stability checking calculation is set up based on euler formula about the stability of pressure bar.Then the important parameters included initial eccentric distance and calculated length in the formula are analysed theoretically.The results show that:(1)The initial eccentric distance will enlarge the lateral deflection in critical load.Then the stability of structure will decrease;(2)The calculated length of shear wall in different constraint is different,which results in that the express form of check formula about the stability of shear wall is different.But in general,the out-of-plane stability of shear wall should satisfy preferentially height-thickness ratio limit,then the stability calculation of wall-column is checked.2.HR-EPS module shear wall with the holes will weaken section and change section features.Then its out-of-plane stability is different from the common shear wall.So by means of energy criterion,the shear wall which is uneven distributed along the section height is changed into common shear wall base on the equivalent stiffness method,which is checked by the common shear wall as a special case.Then the stability checking calculation formula of common shear wall can be used,the critical load and maximum lateral deformation can be got when the HR-EPS module shear wall is in unstability.At last,the calculation results are analysed.The calculation results show that:(1)The section damage of HR-EPS module shear wall decreases flexural rigidity,which results that the later deformation in critical load is bigger relatively;(2)Relative to rectangle hole,no matter the hole of shear wall is flat or long and narrow,its lateral deformation in critical load will enlarge and the relevant stability performance will decrease.So to ensure the better stability performance for the structure,the hole size in both direction should be similar for hole design;(3)With the rise of high-thickness ratio,the stability of shear wall decrease.To ensure the monolithic stability of structure,high-thickness ratio must be limited,the high-thickness ratio of common type HR-EPS module shear wall should be limited within 25.38.3.To verify the accuracy of calculation results,the relevant models of HR-EPS module shear wall based on ABAQUS is set up in the paper.The hole size,shape,arrangement and high-thickness ratio and so on all have an influence on the stability of the shear wall,which is studied.Contrast the analysis result and calculation result,the following results can be got:(1)The maximum lateral deformation in critical state of shear wall under finite element is in accord with formula computing results,then the formula is reliable on a degree;(2)Whatever the hole shape and arrangement are,stress concentration will appear in round of hole.The hole arrangement is more irregular and the size discrepancy in both sides is bigger,the stress concentration is more serious;(3)The section flexural rigidity is more small,the lateral deformation in unstability is bigger,so the stability of all structure is worse;(4)With the rise of high-thickness ratio,the lateral deformation of shear wall in critical state will enlarge,so the stability will decrease,which is in almost line with change rule reflected in above calculation. |
